Job Requirements
Landscaping
- Must have basic common knowledge of landscaping.
Example: Must understand lawn maintenance, repairing sod, installing/removing or repairing of patio slabs and leveling/grading.
- Must understand driveway patching repairs and minor trenching for sprinkler systems.
Demolition
- The individual must have a solid understanding of skilled tear out for water damaged structures.
- Must have common knowledge for construction demolition.
Major Renovation/Construction build
- Must have a firm understanding of what is involved in preparing and cleaning up for major renovations and build of commercial, industrial and residential projects, while working closely with the project manager and contractors.
- Must perform quality control after contractors have completed their work and report any deficiencies.
- Must have a firm understanding of job safety.
